Chief Operating Officer

Tim works as the COO at Brewster Consulting Group where he oversees the company’s internal operations. He is originally from Texas but grew up overseas in East Africa, and now lives in Virginia with his wife and three daughters. Tim’s background is primarily in higher education and healthcare operations with a specific focus in cost-reduction and revenue-enhancing project management.

Recent Responsibilities/Accomplishments:

• Led the tech stack consolidation effort for a $600M firm, resulting in streamlined business performance and >$400k tech cost reduction.
• Implemented Project Management Office and Results Management Office following PMI best practice guidelines, resulting in focused strategic initiative prioritization and resource management.
• Spearheaded an enterprise-wide performance improvement initiative at a $1B+ health system, resulting in $50M net realized cost saving.
• Led the consolidated instructional media function for a 100k+ student university, resulting in 9% increase in online student enrollment.

Vice President of Analytics Services

Ben Vaughan is the VP of Analytics Services at Brewster Consulting Group, managing most client relationships. He is based in Blacksburg, VA but is originally from Chicago, IL. He has a wealth of experience leading data-driven improvement projects for healthcare, manufacturing, grocery, and small businesses.

Will Oyarzabal

Vice President of Business Development

Will has responsibility for all sales activities for Brewster Consulting Group. He has an extensive and successful background in sales, business development, as well as sales consulting in the Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunications industries.

He has worked with some of the industry's largest IT service companies as well as smaller Managed Service Providers and Consulting firms. Will has been recognized for his accomplishments as a top sales performer and sales leader in his 10+ year career.

He has successfully led large complex IT Outsourcing sales opportunities as well as smaller, strategic, digital transformation consulting engagements. Will takes great satisfaction in working with clients in the creation of technology-based solutions that improve their business performance, provide a competitive advantage, and achieve their objectives.

• Lead sales and marketing teams from campaign lead generation through contract award
• Develop sales plans, lead support resources throughout the sales process and contract closing

Will and his wife, Kathleen, reside in San Antonio, Texas. When not working they enjoy spending time with their son Andy and enjoying the outdoors.

Kade Brewster - MBA, CSSBB

Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Kade Brewster is the Founder and CEO of Brewster Consulting Group. He is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma but grew up in Wyoming before attending Oklahoma State University.

Kade has a broad level of experience in leveraging data to drive organizational outcomes. Prior to founding Brewster Consulting Group, Kade worked in financial services for almost a decade in a variety of roles.

Founding Philosophy:

Kade founded the organization after identifying several core problems that persist in almost all organizations:

• Lack of Actionable Data
• Lack of Return on Major Technology Investments
• Lack of ROI on Data Assets
• Difficulty Optimizing Critical Processes
• Absence of a Clear Improvement Roadmap

He believed that there was an opportunity in the marketplace to help organizations solve these problems, so Brewster Consulting Group was born.

Kade developed a framework called "Process Maturity" which serves as a cornerstone of our service offerings and is designed to help organizations with these exact issues.

Along with our Process Maturity framework, we leverage data expertise to drive organizational insights and improvements. Data is one of the most important assets of modern businesses; our goal is to help clients unlock the full power of this asset.
