  • What is a session?

    Please watch the video at the top of this page. It explains in detail how sessions work. 

  • How much do sessions cost?

    A la carte sessions are usually $875/Session. However, when purchasing packages or a monthly plan there will generally be discounts available on that price.

  • What exactly will I get for one session?

    A session revolves around an hour long meeting with a subject matter expert from your business. In that hour we will review one or more critical processes that they are responsible for. As an outcome of that session, we will develop a process map, SOPs, KPIs, and Training for the process covered in the session. Usually we expect 4-8 hours of backend work on our part in addition to the hour SME meeting.
